Add a reference below or use your saved list. Up to 20 products; 1,200 characters per reference.

Required: one product reference, quantity and destination. Email is requested in the next step.

Quantity applies to the current product. Edit saved quantities in the list.

An OEM/part number can be your only product reference. Add fitment details if known; we will confirm compatibility before purchase.

Parts we buy, by system

Define the evidence for the component and its application: fit, performance, traceability and destination requirements. Filters, lamps, wipers and fasteners can also have significant failure consequences; an approval mark or dimensional match alone is insufficient.

Six steps, from number to delivery

How a part number becomes an order.

  1. Send the part

Send the complete OE reference or listing, quantity and destination, plus vehicle model, market, build date, engine and relevant options. Include the catalog source, photographs and necessary measurements.

  2. We cross-reference it

Compare candidates against current application and supersession information, relevant dimensions and the required operating specification. A copied interchange list is not proof of fitment.

  3. Compare product evidence

Compare the same specification, material and performance evidence, batch controls and remedy terms. Neither a quality label nor a price establishes suitability.

  4. Review the quote

Review itemised charges and exclusions on the same delivery basis. Freight depends on protected packed weights, dimensions, handling requirements and the carrier’s charging rules, including dimensional weight where applicable.

  5. Approve, then we buy

Sending a request does not approve a purchase. Agree sample availability, price and checks where needed. A fit check supports geometry but does not establish durability, safety performance or compliance.

  6. Inspect, consolidate, ship

Agree the inspection evidence and release decision. Compare compatible consolidation with separate packages using current express, air or sea quotes, destination charges and delivery milestones; there is no universal weight crossover.

What to send

A parts request that can be answered the first time.

The more of this you include, the fewer questions we need to ask before we can quote.

  • The complete OE reference, including suffixes, and its current catalog source or original-part photograph.
  • Vehicle make/model, market and build date, engine/transmission identifiers and relevant equipment options.
  • A photograph of the part beside a ruler, or its measured dimensions, if you have the old part.
  • Quantity required now, realistic repeat demand and allowable surplus after pack rounding.
  • The country and intended use, so applicable product requirements can be checked before ordering.
  • The required product specification, performance evidence and any unresolved fitment or destination-compliance questions.
